Our Service
Wharfhound is a software platform being built for party and event rental businesses. Right now, our public site is a pre-launch waitlist; the full platform is not yet generally available.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our site only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, or accessing it in a way not permitted by these Terms.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program name: Wharfhound Account & Support Texts
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Wharfhound. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using our service, and it is separate from accepting these Terms.
- Message types: account notifications, onboarding updates, and replies to your support questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; we will confirm and send no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email Admin@wharfhound.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your phone number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. You can sign up for texts at Text message sign-up.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on this site belong to Wharfhound or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our name, logo, or other brand assets except as we expressly permit.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our site and waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wharfhound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or communications with us.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Wharfhound develops. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
